A Gentle Introduction to the Wheel of the Year
You’re invited to join a year-long journey through the turning of the seasons—a gentle introduction to the Wheel of the Year and the rhythms that shape the natural world. Together, we’ll follow the cycle of the Earth: the lengthening light of spring, the fullness of summer, the quiet release of autumn, and the deep rest of winter.
This experience is especially welcoming to those who are new to the Wheel of the Year or curious about how to begin. You’ll learn to honor each seasonal festival through simple, meaningful practices that bring you into closer connection with nature and your own inner rhythm.
Though we won’t meet in the forest, we’ll honor the energy of each sabbat from wherever you are. Through reflections, invitations, and gentle rituals, you’ll find ways to connect with the season—whether you’re outdoors, tending a garden, or cozy at home. We’ll move through the year together, one season at a time.
What Awaits You
Seasonal Rituals: Align with each sabbat through simple, heart-centered practices—altar-making, candle magic, flower offerings, moon rituals, and journaling prompts for reflection and renewal.
Tuning into Nature’s Rhythms: Notice seasonal changes in your local environment, engage in mindful walks, and explore ways to attune to the moon and natural cycles.
Nature-Based Meditation & Visualization: Guided practices to help you connect with the Earth’s wisdom, seasonal energies, and your own inner guidance—indoors or outdoors.
Herbal & Nature-Inspired Practices: Work with plants and elements aligned with the seasons—from herbal teas and tinctures to seasonal gardening and ritual offerings.
Seasonal Journaling & Reflection: Prompts for each turning of the Wheel, inviting reflection on themes like renewal at Imbolc, abundance at Lammas, and transformation at Samhain.
Creating Sacred Space at Home: Ideas for seasonal altars, décor, and rituals to invite the energy of each sabbat into your everyday life.
Exclusive PDF Resources: Receive handouts for each sabbat, including rituals, journaling prompts, nature-inspired recipes, self-care practices, and suggestions for bringing sacred practices into your home.
