The Healing Ocean
An Invitation to Remember the Wisdom of Water
An August Virtual Pass
Beginning August 1
There is something about the ocean that calls to us.
Long before we understood tides, currents, or the pull of the moon, women gathered at the water's edge to listen. They carried their grief to the waves, whispered their hopes into the wind, and found comfort in the rhythm of a sea that never stopped returning.
Perhaps that is why standing beside the ocean can feel strangely familiar—as though we are remembering something we have always known.
This four-week virtual journey is an invitation to return to that ancient relationship.
Beginning August 1, a new recorded class and beautifully designed companion materials will arrive in your inbox each week. You are free to move through the experience slowly, creating your own quiet ritual whenever the time feels right. There are no scheduled meetings and no pressure to keep pace—only space to listen, reflect, and deepen your relationship with the living waters.
Together we'll explore the myths, rhythms, symbols, and sacred practices that have connected women with the sea for centuries, discovering that the wisdom we seek is often something we are simply remembering.

The Journey
Week One: Getting to Know the Ocean through Currents, Waves & the Salt of Wisdom
We begin by listening.
Together we'll explore the ocean as a living teacher whose currents, tides, and waves mirror our own emotional landscape. Through simple practices, meditation, and the Ninefold Sea Blessing, we'll begin remembering the relationship between our inner waters and the great sea itself.
Week Two: Myths, Deities & Sacred Waters
Every culture has stories born beside the sea.
This week we'll wander through myths, saints, goddesses, and ancient traditions that honor water as a source of intuition, healing, and transformation. We'll create simple sea altars, work with shells and sacred objects, and discover how these old stories continue to speak to our lives today.
Week Three: Sea Fetches, Totem Animals & Mystical Creatures
The old stories tell us we are never truly alone.
This week we meet the symbolic companions of the sea—the dolphins, seals, whales, mermaids, seabirds, and other mythical beings that have guided imaginations for centuries. Through meditation and reflection, you'll discover the sea companion that wishes to walk beside you, offering wisdom, courage, creativity, and remembrance.
Week Four: Moon, Tides & Returning to the Waters
As the moon draws the tides, so too does life move through seasons of ebb and flow.
In our final gathering we'll explore the moon's relationship with the sea, honor the rhythms that shape our lives, and gently weave everything we've learned into simple daily practices. This is less a conclusion than a beginning—an invitation to continue walking beside the water and allowing it to become a lifelong companion.
What You May Remember
Over these four weeks, you may begin to remember...
That the ocean is more than a place—it is an ancient teacher whose rhythms have always spoken to the feminine spirit.
That your own emotions and intuition are not problems to solve but tides to understand.
That myths, folklore, and sacred stories preserve wisdom that still speaks to us today.
That stillness beside water can soften what has become hurried and awaken what has been forgotten.
That simple rituals can help us remain connected to the living world.
That the sea reminds us we belong to something far older and far larger than ourselves.
And perhaps most importantly, that the wisdom you seek has never been lost. Like shells revealed by the retreating tide, it has simply been waiting to be remembered.
