Walks & Gatherings
Intuitively, we have known that time spent in nature and the more than human world is a soothing and healing connection,
but humankind has moved away from Mother Earth and her powerful healing.
Instead of spending too much time indoors, worse still, staring at a TV, computer, or smartphone screen, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to rebuild that connection with the natural world.
Tuning in to the rhythms of nature feeds the soul and makes us come alive. It is a powerful reminder that we are all part of something bigger, giving a fresh sense of perspective of our place in the world.
There’s a reason why monasteries and meditation retreats are often found in the mountains or deep in the forest.
Nature is a place where wisdom and perception come alive.
You Are Invited To Reconnect With The Natural World

Forest Bathing Walks
There is tremendous solace in the presence of trees. Spending time in the forest — just being present and using our senses to connect with the forest —provides quite a wide array of healing benefits. Why is nature so healing? It’s home. We evolved out of the forests and there’s something deep in us that has a sense of recognition of forests.
If you feel like a victim of the rat race, a slave to your smartphone, drained and stressed, and need to get away from the 24-hour news cycle, please join us on one of our mindfulness-based forest bathing walks to take time to reconnect with nature, with your body, your senses, feelings, and emotions.
Our forest bathing walks are a gentle, slow activity accessible for most fitness levels. We will walk on a forest trail for no more than about a quarter of a mile over the course of two hours. Through a series of sensory-opening invitations, you’ll slow down, quiet the mind and explore your relationship with the natural world for renewal and insight. You’ll leave feeling soothed, centered, and more intimately connected with yourself and the world around you.

Goddess Gatherings
Women have met in sacred circles for centuries, to support, empower, share with and nurture each other. We welcome one another just as we are, to listen, to witness, to hold space for each other as we flow with the tides of our lives.
Sometimes, the experience of being a woman in the world can only be understood by other women. For those situations, women have increasingly been turning to formalized women’s circles for spiritual connection, kinship, and support.
What to Expect:
A loving and welcoming atmosphere
A deepening of your connection with the natural world
Circle discussions, chats, and reflections
Guided meditations to activate your intuition
A solo sit spot activity
A wander with intention
Locally sourced herbal tea and goddess cakes
