The Hidden Manuscripts
A collection of stories from the quiet places

On our social media accounts, I share short morning stories — small glimpses into a place I think of as the Hidden World Between the Trees. They are magical, reflective pieces, rooted in nature and meant to be read slowly.

Many of you began to tell me something unexpected — that you were saving them, returning to them, wishing you could hold them in your hands instead of scrolling past them.

So I gathered them and created a monthly magazine of the stories.

It is not something to rush through, but something to keep nearby — to open with your morning tea, to revisit when you need a quiet moment, or a way back into yourself.

The daily stories are still continuing. Nothing is ending. This is simply the first time these writings have been brought together — a way to step out of the scroll and into something you can hold.

Stories like these are not meant to disappear. They stay with you. You remember them while you’re walking, you begin to notice things differently, you share them with someone you love. They ask nothing of you, but gently change how you move through the world.

I write these stories because we all need a little magic — not as escape, but as remembrance. A way back into connection with the land, with each other, and with the quieter parts of ourselves that still know how to listen.

Hold the stories. Return to them. Let them become part of your days.

Remember the magick of the forest,

Kathleen
