Winter Renewal: An Online Gathering for Women in Active Cancer Treatment

January often arrives with a kind of quiet weight—short days, bare branches, and a slower rhythm that echoes through the body. For those moving through active cancer treatment, this season can heighten fatigue, emotion, and the deep need for tenderness. My hope is that Winter Renewal can be a soft place to land, a space where you can come exactly as you are and feel gently supported.

During our time together, we’ll move at an easy, unhurried pace:

  • Settling into a shared, nurturing space among women who understand this path in a way few others can.

  • Spending time with the quiet beauty of winter—its stillness, its honesty, its subtle invitations—and letting its imagery and stories reflect what’s stirring within you.

  • Exploring simple, everyday nature-based rituals rooted in forest bathing, somatic grounding, and soft seasonal practices—gentle ways of caring for yourself even when energy is limited.

  • Reflecting on the small daily moments that bring you steadiness, presence, and comfort during treatment.

After the gathering, you’ll receive a PDF with resources and reflections so you can revisit the practices whenever you wish.

Make a warm cup of herbal tea, bring your journal, and join us from the comfort of your home.

This gathering is open to all who identify as women and are in active treatment or the immediate post-treatment phase. Participation is by donation so that anyone who wishes to join can do so.
