A Summer Journey through Earth, Water, Fire & Air

There’s something sacred about the slow turning of a season.

Summer invites us to soften. To step back from the rush. To listen—not only to the warmth of the air or the green ripening of the land, but to the quieter voice within that often gets buried beneath our doing.

Over four weeks, we will explore each of the four elements as emotional and spiritual allies—through embodied practice, simple rituals, and meaningful connection to the natural world. This is not just a course in reflection, but a lived experience that can be integrated into daily life.

Each week, we’ll meet online in a circle of women and engage in guided meditations, journaling, nature-based invitations, and elemental rituals that support emotional clarity, spiritual nourishment, and connection with the sacred.

Why online?
Because I know summer is full. Full of movement, family, travel, and shifting rhythms. I wanted to create something that would meet you where you are—on your porch, in your garden, or with a quiet hour at the end of your day. This format allows you to stay close to what matters, even when life is full and unpredictable.


Week 1: Earth — Rooted Presence | July 8

Emotion: Safety, Stillness & Belonging

We begin with the grounding, holding energy of Earth. This is the place of enoughness, of rest, of remembering that we are already home. You’ll be gently guided to root into your body and reconnect with the steady support beneath you.

Practices: Grounding meditation and body awareness, sit-spot journaling in nature, creating a personal altar using stones, soil, or other earth elements, exploring tree allies such as oak and birch, and their teachings of resilience and renewal.
Reflection: Where am I being invited to rest, to root, and to feel held?

Week 2: Water — Sacred Flow | July 15

Emotion: Grief, Compassion & Emotional Release

Water invites us to feel, to soften, to let go. This week, we honor the ebb and flow of emotion. With nature as witness, you’ll be guided through a tender exploration of what needs to move through you—with gentleness and grace.

Practices: Water gazing, breath and flow awareness, symbolic offerings to moving water, sacred bath rituals, simple herbal infusions for emotional healing (e.g. rose, chamomile, lemon balm), plant ally connection with willow, the tree of flow and flexibility
Reflection: What am I ready to release so I can return to myself?

Week 3: Fire — Radiant Heart | July 22

Emotion: Joy, Desire & Creative Energy

This is the heart of summer—the season of radiance. Fire teaches us how to tend our passion without burning out. You’ll explore what brings you alive, and how to express that life-force with balance and devotion.

Practices: Solar meditation and warmth visualization, journaling to reconnect with creative energy and longing, a recipe or ritual to embody summer’s ripeness (sun tea, fire cider, fruit offerings), connection with sunflower and St. John’s Wort, plant allies of joy and illumination.
Reflection: What is longing to be seen, expressed, or celebrated in me?

Week 4: Air — Gentle Clarity | July 29

Emotion: Openness, Inspiration & Release

We close with the breath of air—the invisible force that moves through and beyond us. Air teaches us how to let go with ease, how to trust the unseen, and how to return to lightness. You’ll be invited into a space of gentle integration and future dreaming.

Practices: Wind-based forest bathing, breath rituals, cloud or sky gazing, feather altar offerings or simple incense ritual, working with pine or cedar for clarity and spaciousness.
Reflection: What clarity is arriving now, and what am I ready to lift into the light?


What’s Included

  • Investment: $200 with the option to split the payment into two easy installments of $100. The first payment is due upon registration, and the second is due before the first session. This flexible option allows you to start your journey into nature and healing without worrying about upfront costs.

  • Weekly reflective check-in emails to support your journey between sessions, with gentle prompts and space to connect with your unfolding experience
