Harvest season is upon us. In the Wheel of the Year, Lammas marks the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox. Lammas is a time of celebration as it represents the first harvest, a celebration of the grain and all the fruits and vegetables that are ripe and ready to be harvested. The Earth’s bounty is truly visible everywhere you go. Lammas is a time to reflect, have gratitude, and give back to our beautiful Earth who offers so much. Join us as we walk with gratitude and pause along the way to reflect on all that has come into your life this year.

Additional Information:
Investment: $40. If paying $40 would prohibit you from attending this walk, please pay what you can. We believe a connection to the land fosters the mental, physical, and spiritual wellness of individuals, communities, and the planet. We want to provide a quality experience that facilitates this connection, but we also believe all members of our community should have access to this event. If you can pay more than the suggested ticket price, the difference will cover the cost of those in our community who can’t.
Once purchased, you will receive more information on how to prepare for the event.
No pets or children under 16 for this experience.
Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.
No experience is necessary; just an open heart and willingness to connect.
Walks involve creative invitations in the woods that allow you to explore nature with all five of your senses. We will practice mindfulness exercises to help you connect with nature on a new level.
Walks are slow-paced and cover less than 1 mile.
Cell phones should be off (ideally left in the car) and in a hard-to-reach pocket to minimize physical and mental intrusions while walking.
Please dress for the weather, including a jacket, layers, umbrella, and proper shoes.
Walks will continue even in drizzling rain, as they can enhance our sensory experience. An alternate date will be coordinated if there is severe inclement weather (e.g., high winds, snowstorms, thunderstorms).
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start of the walk. Bathrooms will not be available during the walk.
Please contact us if you have any limitations that the guide should be aware of so that the walk can be modified if necessary.
