There is much to learn from the natural world about how to live a life based
on relationships, abundance, and giving.
Take time to exhale, give thanks, nourish & engage in reflective activities with other women during this season of gratitude. We will begin our afternoon with a unique, immersive, and slow-paced forest bathing walk to awaken your senses to the land and season’s sounds, creatures, textures, and beauty.
You will be invited to move slowly, wander, pause, observe, and reflect. Through a combination of imaginative and embodying writing prompts, you are invited to enjoy these quiet moments to deepen your connection with nature through journaling. As we quietly stroll together through meadows and forests on private land, you can relax and fully tune into the season's beauty, sparking joy and resetting a tired soul.
During our walk, we will collect gifts presented to us from nature to then create our personal expression of gratitude by mindfully crafting a gratitude mobile/wall hanging, guided by Brenda Vynalek, weaver & artist. We will close our time together with a quiet tea ceremony, enjoying the gentle plant medicine, allowing for a deeper connection to the self, nature, and those around you.
This offering is designed to help you be present, slow down, and become aware of details and gifts from our more-than-human world.
