Gentle Shadow Work: Falling In Love with Yourself (SOLD OUT)

  • Gather Again 104 Main St Ivoryton, Ct 06442 United States (map)

Do you want to feel more confident? Do you want to feel happier and more fulfilled?

Self-confidence, inner joy, and self-worth are the benefits of loving yourself. You are the most important person for you to Love. Everything changes in your life when you connect with who you truly are.

In the tapestry of life, there exists a thread of profound transformation that has the power to unravel the knots of internal conflict, unconscious patterns, and limiting beliefs. This thread, once pulled, can lead us on a journey toward self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-empowerment. It is this very thread that is woven into the fabric of this workshop.

Engaging in gentle shadow work involves creating a safe space for introspection. It requires us to confront uncomfortable emotions head-on while maintaining a sense of kindness towards ourselves.

Through this process, we begin to understand that our shadows do not define us; they are merely parts of who we are. By embracing them rather than suppressing them, we allow room for growth and transformation.

Falling in love with oneself is an ongoing journey that requires patience and self-compassion. It involves letting go of societal expectations and cultivating an authentic connection with our true selves.

In this workshop, we will embark on a transformative journey towards self-love. Self-love is not an easy destination to reach; it requires dedication, commitment, and a willingness to explore the depths of our being. However, with the right tools and exercises, we can make daily practices and changes that will eventually make self-love our reality.

We will explore the stages in the journey to self-love and provide the tools and exercises to make daily practices and changes so that Self-Love becomes your reality. These may include journaling exercises for reflection and introspection, guided meditations for relaxation and mindfulness, affirmations for positive self-talk, and group discussions for support and encouragement.

The journey towards self-love requires dedication but can be achieved through daily practices and changes in mindset. Remember, self-love is not a destination; it is a lifelong journey that begins with the decision to embark on it.

This offering is also part of a six-month series, Women Shining.
