The Healing Forest: A 4-Week Women’s Journey of Inner Renewal Through Nature (Online)

In this four-week online journey, you'll be gently guided into the calming, restorative presence of the forest. Designed for women, this experience offers a space to reconnect with nature, find stillness, and deepen your connection to yourself through simple, grounding practices inspired by the natural world.

Each week, we’ll explore how spending mindful time in nature can support emotional well-being, clarity, and renewal. You'll learn how the quiet wisdom of the forest can help restore balance, ease stress, and gently guide you back to your own inner rhythm.

Through guided meditations, reflective journaling, nature-inspired practices, and group sharing in a supportive community, you'll discover ways to slow down, listen more deeply, and feel more rooted in both body and spirit. Together, we’ll explore how the forest can become a steady, nourishing companion on your healing path.

Whether you're seeking calm, connection, or simply a space to exhale, this course invites you to step into a slower, more intentional way of being. Come as you are—and let the forest meet you there.

How It Works – Online, Rooted in Nature

Although this is a virtual course, the heart of the experience happens offline — in your own nearby nature: a forest, park, garden, or even a tree outside your home.

Here’s how we’ll weave it all together:

  1. Weekly Live Sessions (via Zoom)
Each Tuesday evening, we’ll gather in a supportive online circle for guided teachings, reflections, and experiential exercises. These 90-minute sessions will include grounding meditations, storytelling, nature-based practices, and time for optional sharing.
(Replays will be available if you can’t join live.)

  2. Forest Invitations Between Sessions
After each session, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted “forest bathing invitation” — a gentle practice or prompt to take into your local green space during the week. These are designed to be done solo, in your own time, wherever nature is available to you.

  3. Downloadable Resources
You'll receive weekly resources to deepen your journey — including journal prompts, rituals, and nature magic practices you can return to again and again.

  4. Private Community Space
You’ll be invited into a private Facebook group where you can share your reflections, photos, and experiences — or simply witness others' journeys. It’s a soft space for connection, encouragement, and quiet magic.

Dates

Week 1 – August 5th | 6 - 7:30 pm (ET): Arriving in the Forest: Grounding & Presence
We begin our journey this week slowing down and arriving fully in your body, so that you can begin to feel the earth’s quiet support beneath you. We’ll explore grounding techniques to help you settle your nervous system and gently reawaken your connection to the living world. Through breath, touch, and awareness, you’ll be guided into a state of receptive listening—to the trees, the land, and your own inner rhythms. This session lays the foundation for the weeks ahead, offering simple yet powerful ways to find steadiness and belonging in nature’s presence.

Week 2 – August 12th | 6 - 7:30 pm (ET): Walking with the Tree Spirits
This week, we spend time with the trees—not just as living beings, but as ancient teachers. Together, we’ll explore the spiritual qualities of trees like oak, willow, and pine, and begin to notice how their energies speak to different aspects of our inner life. Through quiet meditation, journaling, and personal reflection, you’ll be invited to connect with the trees in your landscape and listen for their guidance. This is a slow, inward journey—one of remembering, attuning, and allowing the forest to offer what is needed.

Week 3 – August 19th | 6 - 7:30 pm (ET): The Forest’s Elemental Voice
This week, we turn toward the elements—earth, air, fire, and water—and begin to notice how they are present not only in the forest, but also within us. Through quiet observation, gentle ritual, and guided reflection, we’ll explore how these natural forces support inner balance, clarity, and transformation. You’ll be invited to spend time with each element in your local landscape, listening for what it has to offer.

Week 4 – August 26th | 6 - 7:30 pm (ET): Rooted Rituals
In our final week we will reflect on what has stirred, softened, or shifted. We’ll explore how to create simple, meaningful rituals rooted in the natural world—rituals that support emotional release, healing, and deeper connection to the cycles of life. Through guided practices and quiet reflection, you’ll be encouraged to listen inward and begin shaping a personal relationship with the forest that can continue beyond this course. We’ll close with a gentle ceremony to honor the wisdom you’ve gathered and the ways nature has met you—offering a sense of completion, and a path forward that feels rooted, sacred, and your own.
