Spring Equinox Forest Bathing Walk ( SOLD OUT)

On the day of the Spring Equinox–a day of equal darkness and light–let nature’s wisdom guide you to balance. We will walk in the fresh air and be with the land through guided meditations to activate your intuition and help you gain insight. This is a time to return to the outdoors and seek reunification with our wild neighbors. We are coming out of hibernation and hope to reunify with the wild. Our native ancestors would take little offerings to the nature spirits so that they would bless the family and land. We bring the old ways and new ways to our celebration. We will make a little picnic for ourselves as well as for the wild ones. We will enjoy our hot tea and homemade snacks while appreciating the smells, sounds, and sights of our natural world springing back to life.

  • Advance registration is required to attend.

  • Our suggested ticket price is $40. However, if paying $40 would prohibit you from attending this walk, please pay what you can. We believe a connection to the land fosters the mental, physical, and spiritual wellness of individuals, communities, and the planet. We want to provide a quality experience that facilitates this connection, but we also believe all members of our community should have access to this event. If you are able to pay more than the suggested ticket price, the difference will go towards covering the cost of those in our community who can’t.

  • Once purchased, you will receive more information on how to prepare for the event.

  • No pets or children under 16 for this experience.

  • Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.

  • No experience necessary; just an open heart and willingness to connect.

LOCATION : TBD*
RESERVE YOUR TICKET Here

*Please note that not all walks have a confirmed location. I want each experience to be unique and meaningful; therefore, I am carefully seeking places that best suit what I have planned for each walk. As sites are confirmed, I will update our event page on the website. We will reach out with final details about the walk, including location, detailed information of where to meet, and any items you may need a week before the event.

Additional information:

  • Walks involve creative invitations in the woods that allow you to explore nature with all five of your senses. We will practice mindfulness exercises that will help you connect with nature on a new level.

  • Walks are slow-paced and cover less than 1 mile.

  • Cell phones should be off (ideally left in the car) and in a hard-to-reach pocket to minimize both physical and mental intrusions while on the walk.

  • Please dress for the weather, including a jacket, layers, umbrella, and proper shoes.

  • Walks will continue even in drizzling rain, as they can enhance our sensory experience. An alternate date will be coordinated if there is severe inclement weather (e.g., high winds, snowstorms, thunderstorms).

  • Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start of the walk. Bathrooms will not be available during the walk.

  • Please contact us if you have any limitations that the guide should be aware of so that the walk can be modified if necessary.

The promise of greener, warmer, more abundant seasons is evident as the shoots and flowers emerge from the trees and shrubs, the bees return to pollinate the grass, and the grass fields wake up from their winter sleep.
