Remembering Your Light: Forest Bathing, Sound Healing &
Intuitive Creativity Workshop

What to expect?
This event is designed to help you tune in and take time out for you and remember your inner light. Awaken and express your innate creative nature.
Forest Bathing Walk(outdoors)
Forest Therapy Guide Kathleen Lowe will lead participants on a slow, peaceful walk in nature, taking the time to feel the energy of the land and helping to connect the body with the more-than-human world.
Sound Healing Session (indoors)
Kelly will then guide us inward for a guided meditation and sound bath, taking us on a journey to remember the light that shines within.
Intuitive Creativity Class (indoors)
After our sound journey, Kelly will guide us through an intuitive creativity session to help you bring your vision of the light within alive on paper. She will share knowledge of intuitive art techniques and help guide and hold space for our inner artist to come out and play. Inspired poetry and background music will help fuel your creative fire and focus your spontaneous play.
Participants create in a silent, safe, confidential, and judgment-free space in this intuitive creativity class. You are invited to simply be with yourself, much like meditation. Participants may paint on an easel, a table, or on the ground, whatever modality meets their needs. All art materials are supplied so as not to inhibit the painting process. There will be an array of mediums for you to choose from; you are welcome to pick whatever calls to your inner creator.
At the conclusion of our time together, we will gather in circle, and you will have the opportunity to share, expressing anything coming up in the moment or as a result of your experience. You will leave with a remembrance that you are the light and a beautiful painting that reflects that light.
We will provide a light snack and healing herbal teas.
Feel free to bring any additional nourishments that you may desire.
