Join us for a special afternoon of forest bathing and breathwalking . Experience Kundalini breathwalking led by Jesse Gleason, a Kundalini Yoga instructor with over 20 years of yoga teaching experience. This event includes Sacred movement, coordinated breath, meditation, and mantra.
Breathing deeply in the fresh cool air is one of the best ways to oxygenate your blood. Oxygenated blood has many benefits, such as improving your immune system, helping your body self-repair, reducing stress, and improving brain function because every cell in your body needs the molecule.
Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a relaxed, gentle meditative walk based on the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, or "forest bathing,” along the wintery meadows, cedars and pine forest of a private 60-acre farm in East Haddam. Invitations to deepen your connection with nature will be offered along the way. The walk concludes with a fireside wild-foraged tea ceremony in honor of the land.
